About Me
The most important thing to note about me is that I am saved and made new through Jesus Christ. All my stories are spun from the thread of my faith. God may never be mentioned but God is the lens of which I see my stories through.
I went to the University of North Carolina Asheville and got my bachelors degree in New Media and got a minor in Creative Writing. I focused on video art and design and fell in love with video making. I have always loved creating stories, whether by myself or with others, and I thought this was the way I wanted to do that. However, God had a different plan and I am here now writing my stories with words instead of video.
At a young age I hated reading. Hate is a strong word and it needs to be used. The reason was that I was not good at reading. It was very hard for me and I even got held back in the first grade because of it. It wasn’t until the eighth grade, when I started reading YA fantasy that I fell in love with it. Mind you this whole time I loved creating stories and storytelling, I just told them to friends. I never thought I could be a writer because I am so bad with grammar and spelling. I thought my weakness would hold me back. But God takes your weaknesses and turns them into strengths or at least helps you find ways to get over your weaknesses.

I am married to my best friend and the most supportive husband.
We volunteer and are leaders in our churches youth group.
We have two bunnies, Expo and Filo, and a dog, Krypto.
I love tea, hot or cold, black or green, I love them all.
We are huge nerds who love anime, superheroes, games, and DND.
I love creative things besides storytelling like drawing, crafts and am a digital artist.

What is your thoughts on AI?
AI is a tool to help in areas I am bad in. It's like when I use an editor or when I get help from any other people, (cover artiest, beta readers, etc.). First off these are all my ideas. I am the one who writes notes of ideas, characters, plot, worldbuilding. I spend my time just coming up with the story. This is my favorite part. What is hard for me is I hate looking at a white screen, it can be very intimidating and sometimes I get writer's block. This is a weakness I have. AI helps me get out a first draft. But then I spend at least three times longer doing revisions. By the time I finish all the revision I go through the story is very different from the first draft.
I also love seeing my ideas as images. I do not sale them they are for me and to help others see what I see in my brain.

The bible has inspired me in everything I do, Jesus is who inspires me everyday.
Howl's Moving Castle is one of my all time favorites and has inspired and helped me as a writer.
Kingdom Hearts is my favorite game series and the story has touched my heart in a lot of ways.
Avatar the Last Airbender, Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, Batman/superheroes just to name a few that have inspired me through the years.
I am inspired by all the indie authors I find and meet.
